CHECKING IN AND NEED SOME HELP?

We are a keyless contactless motel!

This means reception and staff are not necessarily present all the time at the motel.  We have a system in place that enables you to check-in to your room without the need to have reception.

Our smart key technology delivers your own digital key that grants you access to your room and property.

Should you need assistance, we are available for you to contact via SMS before and during your stay.

  1. On the morning of your check in date you will receive a link and backup pin. Complete the information and a second email will be sent to you. 

  2. This second email has a link that will directly open the door. It will also include a pin number if you prefer to open the door this way. Accessing this link directly allows you to open the door, alternatively, you can use your pin. 

  3. When you are at your door, open the link (or use the pin) and your door will unlock.

A few help pointers if you are using the pin to enter:

  1. make sure you hold your hand to the dial above the handle to turn on the mechanism - the numbers will light up.

  2. Enter your PIN.

  3. Then press the tick button in the middle of the dial.

  4. Your key will light up green and the door will open.
